New to CrossFit and want to get started?
We require all new clients to attend a minimum of nine one hour training sessions in our CrossFit Elements program.
As the name suggests in this class we will teach you the elements of CrossFit, it's 9 foundational movements as well as some other exercises we use in our classes. The program has a strong emphasis on technique and consistency and gradually increases in intensity as you gain experience. Workouts will incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, running, rowing, plyometrics and various other skills incorporated into fun and challenging “workouts of the day” (WODs).
There is no requirement to move into main classes after completing nine sessions. You are welcome to attend additional elements classes until you feel you are confident to join main classes. We would rather you attend extra classes than doing the bare minimum as it will stand to you in long run. Our goal is to ensure you are moving well and have a solid grasp of the movements before moving into CrossFit classes.
These classes are pay as you go and are €8 per session. You can book into our next available elements class here.
If you have booked and are unable to attend please contact us as early as possible as spaces in this class are at a premium.
